Okay people we have trimmed the fat!   Our new fall schedule is so easy to remember because we are focusing on what you asked for!  You asked for Adult beginner Ballet, Contemporary and Hip Hop. However we had to throw in some love for the kiddos too!  Therefore we are keeping our Break Dance for kids.

Come to the studio at 8pm on the night of the 29th of July and learn how to make your own burlesque tassels. You will also be taught how to spin them just like the dancers do.

Hello folks!  We just keep expanding!  Santosha  Elgin has partnered up with Sacha’s Dance studio to offer you the opportunity to enjoy some dance classes right in the heart of Center Town all summer long.  As of Tuesday the 13th of July;  you can enjoy Ray’s dance hour at 10:00 am at the Elgin street location,  and Ribbon dance with me on Friday the 16th at 9:00 am followed by a Mommy and Me class taught be myself and/or Sloane!  I can’t tell you how much I love this location and I am very excited to offer classes at these time slots to all who live in the downtown core!

What a wonderful kick off! We had some of Ottawa’s best B-Boys heat up the dance floor, Amazing fashion designers, artists, bakers, and beautiful families all in one awesome location! I was overwhelmed with the positive support from the local dance community, musicians as well as local businesses that helped facilitate the Night Market /Grand Opening event! Big thanks to the Santosha Yoga staff, the wonderful Vendors, DJ Zattar from Ottawa’s Timekode and the friends that showed up with a big smile! Much love to you all! can’t wait for the NEXT…. Night Market event. Peace.

We have a huge party planned for July the 3rd 2010. The party involves Ottawa’s TimeKode with it’s resident Dj’s, a room full of artisans, bakers and musicians creating that Market feeling! It’s an all ages event and kids are encouraged to come!

We wanted to let you know about the exciting change we have made to our summer schedule! After the behest of Ottawa dancers as well as our Contemporary teacher Nicole, we are now offering Contemporary classes for the intermediate level. This is a more advanced class and is available on a drop in basis. ( cash only )  Drop in classes are $15.00 dollars each, if you bring a friend it’s $10.00 each! – that’s a deal!

As a result of this change in schedule we will no longer be offering Contemporary level one for children ages 9-11. However we encourage you to consider registering your child this fall for our three term program.
